Girl Running Track

What is a good mile pace for a 9th grade girl running cross country?

And many miles should i be able to run at that pace , before the start of the season in august . (this is so i know how to train over the summer.) Btw I have done track for 3 years but have never done cross country.

errrrrr the average mile on my xc time is like 630-50 ish but freshman races are 2 miles and varsity/ jv are 3 miles so you have to be able to do that. most people run the 2 mile in like 14 ish but i run in about 12:18 and for three miles most people get about 24ish i got 20:02, but the thing is that xc is all different terrains which make each track harder
