Winter Jogging Gear

What are appropriate garments to wear for jogging in cold winter weather?

I would like to know what clothing is good for jogging in the cold weather?? Think of temps in the low teens (Farenheit). I live in Minnesota and have taken up jogging for both me and my dog-so going to the gym is not an option.
I have jogging tights, gloves and a hat. But would like to know what sort of jacket to wear, possibly warmer pants, etc?? Is it best just to layer items??
Links or places to purchase would be helpful too.

If I were you I would buy some under armor and wear some fleece pants, also maybe a fleece jacket (northfaces are really warm). Check out eastbay.com
